We are a lunchtime running group for staff, students and people who work in the Parkville area.
We are inclusive and encourage anyone who wants to run to come along.
This is the group for you if you are a regular runner and want some training partners, you are getting back into running after a break or injury, want to try it for the first time.
Sessions run for 40 to 50 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels and running abilities.
