We are a lunchtime running group for staff, students and people who work in the Parkville area.

This group is for you if you are getting back into running after a break or injury, want to try it for the first time or have a 2018 running goal you want to achieve!

Sessions run for 40 to 50 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels and running abilities.
